Job Role:

· Thorough understanding of various insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.

· Lead and motivate a team of agents, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a results-driven culture.

· Effective verbal communication to explain policy details, answer client questions, and address concerns.

· Building a professional network to generate referrals and leads.

· Guiding and inspiring the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

· Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

Requirements:

· Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

· Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience

· Age: 21 to 38

· Communication: Good communication Skill
