· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services

· Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.

· Manage and update customer database in the CRM system

· Prepare and analyze sales reports
