Engineer- Sales (Female)

· Professionally answer customer calls and emails regarding products, orders, inquires, problems/complaints, technical questions and offer general information for end users.

· As a front sales representative, you are a brand ambassador, and must be able to professionally represent the brand in all communications with customers.

· Utilize our CRM to manage customer interactions, ensuring transparent communication on customer issues with team members and reporting on daily and weekly activities.

· Solicit new or additional products when appropriate and offer customers options available to meet their needs. Facilitate cross sales for high value low volume verticals.
