Job Purpose and Impact

The Macro Sourcing Specialist will be aligned to Cargill’s Animal Health and Aqua nutrition business in India and will be responsible for macro commodity raw material sourcing across these businesses. In this role, you will handle projects with internal team and cross functional partners and execute the sourcing strategy.
Key Accountabilities

• Develop best value supplier -Sourcing, Developing & Onboarding.
• Identify Cost Saving Strategies through negotiation and implementation.
• Help identify business needs, gather requirements and define scope and objectives to make business decisions.
• Strategic Purchase based on Market scenario.
• Supplier Risk Assessment.
• Coordination with QEM/FSQR for vendor audits.
• Costing analysis and providing inputs for Cost Into Pricing.
• Vendor development and Audit, ISO/Fami QS Audits.
