Analyze and Request information required for credentialing Medicare and Commercial Payors,
- Pecos Follow-up and Application Creation,
- All Client EDI and ERA Enrollment, Status, and Follow-up
- All Clients Document Management in drives and in all Servers.
- Review all sources and update all Provider information and Provider Status
- Follow-up on Client Priority request assigned by me
- Track and renew insurance enrollments as and when required.
- Work with service delivery teams to support software implementation and Medicare enrollment.
- Handle end-to-end transition of new and existing accounts and manage the project scope and schedule
- Should understand the requirements of a detailed transition implementation plan for new client proposals
- Develop the overall transition project plan and guides the Knowledge Transfer leads in creating the SOPs or Work flow Instructions for every client/project transitioned
