CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Ensuring the safety, security and comfort of all Tenants, staffs and property in and around the Building. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Buildings / Commercial buildings. CORE FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES: Check all emergency Equipment and make sure all equipment is in working condition. Conduct External and internal patrolling of assigned locations. Keep all fire exits / Emergency routs hassle free all the time. Physically attend to fire alarm location and verify. Direct all the pickup and delivery vehicles towards assigned area. Assist the local Authority when it’s required.Report all Common Area Maintaince Request through online portal. Visitors /Contractor /Delivery personal ID (valid Emirates ID / passport) must be collect and registered in Security Visitors LOG and give the direction.
