1. Provides proficient customer service by responding to customer inquiries either over the phone or in person, locating products or merchandise which the customer is looking for, attending to customer complaints and assisting them in fulfilling their needs while in the store premises.

2. Observe proper inventory control measures to avoid unnecessary financial losses and strictly follows proper cash handling procedures specially when designated as counter person.

3. Ensures that all products are kept in high quality by doing proper food handling and following guidelines on food storage.

Qualifications:
With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in service crew or any similar positioned
