Head of Product, Mobile Money

To launch, direct and manage a Mobile Money product and define the strategy and roadmap within the Mobile Money business.
• Responsibilities will include:
• Driving product development and the product roadmap
• Developing a mass market customer proposition
• Align stakeholders, direct the product roadmap, prioritise features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with wider business
• Defining, hiring, coaching and mentoring a full team of product managers
• Foster a culture of testing, data-driven decision making, and accountability for metrics and results
• Identifying process gaps and implementing process Improvements for all Mobile Money products and services whilst minimizing risk.

Experience:
• Experience within a Senior Management role in Mobile Money.
• Knowledge and experience in modern Digital Banking or Mobile Money operations practices to provide guidance on quality improvements and business changes.
