Job Summary

A leading energy storage company is looking for Wire Bonding Engineer.

Job Responsibilities
• Resistivity Wire bonding systems configuration maintenance and production procedures management.
• Creation and maintain Wire bonding and automated machinery instruction manuals and procedures.
• Responsible for all wire bonding production related operations
• Work assignments and balancing.
• Problem solving and production controls improvements.
• Integrate technology to improve process.
• Training personnel, drive efficiency, quality in Wire bonding processes and automatic machinery.
• Adherence to IMS and EHS requirements.

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 years’ experience in Wire bonding, especially wire bonding in battery assembly is a merit.
• Experience in vision systems for production.
• Automated production systems management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Electrical design, Pneumatic design, AutoCAD.
• High power handling for facilities.
