Assistant Manager - Export and Logistics support

Work description

1. Manage all communication with exports and import parties.

2. Coordinate all logistics activity with internal stakeholders and facilitate the same with third parties.

3. Negotiate Sea and Air Freight charges with Agency(s) identified.

4. Coordinate with the Procurement team / if need be directly with the suppliers /providers in different geographies.

5. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability is maintained.

6. Provide MIS to the Management team as and when required.

Eligibility

1. Graduate with relevant certification in export management or logistics administration preferred.

2. Candidates with 2-4 years of experience only need to apply.

3. Proficient in speaking and writing in the English language. Exposure to Hindi and other south languages will be an advantage.

4. Location - Kannur, Kerala, India.

5. Immediate joining preferred.

6. Salary is negotiable commensurate to the experience of the candidate. More Detail
