As a Senior Field Sales Executive , you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals outside of the office.

Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate a team of agents, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a results-driven culture.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
• Effective verbal communication to explain policy details, answer client questions, and address concerns.
• Building a professional network to generate referrals and leads.
• Monitor and analyses sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2+ years of any field sales experience
• Good Communication skills
• Age criteria is 21 to 40
