- Driver partner community management
- Management of driver-partner welfare
- Initiate projects that can help build good relationships with driver-partner leaders and the driver-partner community

Requirement:

- Minimum Education D3, possess good skills in Communication, Negotiation & Presentation
- Agile, with ability to work in high ambiguity, tentative, tight timeline atmosphere
- Able to give and receive feedback to ensure accelerate project
- 2-5 year experience in Sales and Marketing or Customer Services with exposure in demand creation.
- Accustomed to working with targets
- Own vehicle and able to drive it when necessary to support mobility
- Lives in Kudus / Pati / Jepara / Grobogan / Rembang
