Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
• Develop 3-5 Years Export Strategy for Unilever Pakistan and provide strategic leadership to the Export department.
• Take full responsibility of P&L by establishing competitive pricing and marketing budgets.
• Develop sales and distribution models, grow market share, and expand UPL’s global footprint.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of export orders and new product launches.
• Represent UPL in progress updates and growth plans forums.
