We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Branch Manager for our Microfinance division in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the microfinance sector. The candidate must possess a graduation degree or above, be between 21 to 32 years old, and have a strong understanding of microfinance operations.

Responsibilities:
• Branch Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the microfinance branch.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage and lead a team of field officers, ensuring efficient performance and achievement of targets.
