Job Requirements

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Officer with a minimum of 5-8 years of Ayurvedic Pharma Marketing experience in both classical and patent medicine. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets within the Ayurvedic pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote classical and patent Ayurvedic medicines.
• Manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee administrative tasks and stock management to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including stockists and distributors.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Maintain a professional appearance and possess a gentleman's dressing sense.
