What You Bring:
• You have completed education in tourism or have an interest in a reception position
• You are flexible, creative, reliable, confident, and loyal in dealing with guests and colleagues
• You have professional experience in this field or a similar vocation
• You have good English language skills, both spoken and written
• Guest satisfaction is important to you
• Driving license B with practical experience

Your Responsibilities:
• Warm welcome of our international guests
• Handling of Check-In & Check-Out in Kaprun and Zell am See
• Being a point of contact for concerns & requests of our guests
• Organizational & administrative tasks
• Acceptance of reservations on-site
