Responsibilities: Help to defines all or part of the Information System’s technical architecture. Ensures that IT systems are consistent and durable, by making full use of the potential of systems architecture, within the framework of the company’s planning of computer architecture development. Assists with communication primarily within Nissan Digital and the Service Provider. Periodic presentation to local manager. Under supervision, assists with monitoring application or technical capacity, usage, service levels, and/or contract compliance and escalates deviations to appropriate levels. Under supervision, assists in resolving incidents as they occur by working cross-functionally (internally and externally). Supports the initiation, assessment, approval and status updates for IS/IT projects. Participates in application or technology development projects representing his/her specialty.
