Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hotel Operations Manager. The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our resort and ensuring an excellent guest experience. The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and food and beverage departments. This role is located in Gurdaspur and offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations management
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple departments including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and food and beverage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with budget management and revenue optimization
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
