1. Ensure adherence training calendar plan for staff and contract employees.

2. Completion of TNI, Training Feedback and evaluation.

3. Conducting On Job training program

4. Coordination of Suggestion scheme, Canteen committee, 5’S and Kaizen programs

5. Coordinating Recruitment process, Offer letter, completing Joining formalities and Induction program.

6. Appointment letter, confirmation appraisal and confirmation letter

7. Coordination in Performance appraisal and review

8. Coordinate Monthly, quarterly and annually employee recognition/awards.

9. Ensuring timely Mediclaim and ESI enrollment of new employees

10. Conducting employee satisfaction survey and analysis.

11. Ensuring all compliances of ISO, BRC, GMP, Opex and other systems.

12. Support in HRMS
