• Accountable for the maintenance regime of the Ankleshwar plant. Specific responsibilities include:
• Understand & comply with corporate and site HSE/PSM policies, regulations and procedures, and to execute the HSE/PSM roles and responsibilities assigned by the Site Manager. Ensure that all maintenance crew and subcontractors are adequately trained in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Task Analysis and other safety requirements. Be a key member of the JSA team to plan and approve the JSAs.
• Execute preventive maintenance program to include plant reliability processes (vibration analysis, thermography, ferrography, inspections and audits, etc…) and ensure continual improvement and to meet the PSM requirements. Ensure that all the maintenance procedures and programs are up to date. Develop and deploy necessary maintenance and reliability procedures for the plant.
