Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer at Muthoot Microfin located in Ernakulam. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships with clients, ensuring that loan repayments are made on time, generating new business, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
• Business Relationship Management, Sales, and Customer Service skills
• Finance skills, with knowledge of microfinance operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Fluency in Malayalam language, both written and spoken
• Experience in the microfinance industry is a plus
