Responsibilities and Requirements:
Plans, conducts, evaluates, drives continuous improvements
May determine shift schedules for team and recommend staffing needs
Prepares, analyzes, summarizes and presents data in formats appropriate for the decision process (oral, written reports, presentations)
Plans, directs, and manages the strategic operations of a computer operations department.
Establishes department policies and procedures.
