Job Summary

You are expected to have successful track record and experience in HR administrative job. Experience in employee relations and employer branding is a plus.

The position is located at Nefab Vietnam factory in Bac Ninh province and will report to the Regional HR & Branding senior manager, East Asia. Your tasks will cover for both Nefab North and South of Vietnam.

Main Responsibilities
• HR Admin task:
• Manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed.
• Ensuring office always in nicely and tiny way.
• Provide administrative support including travel arrangements, flight reservation, hotel accommodation for employees' travelling.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including managing drivers, cleaners, meals, security, shuttle bus/car/taxi arrangement...;
• Monitor office administrative costs and apply before the payment deadline;
