The Global Automation Engineer is part of the Global OT Team. The role is focusing on plant automation (PCS) and supports BUs in implementing & maintaining their PCS systemsand defines and implements global automation standards.

Job Description:

BAS Global - Application development, maintenance and management
• Provide support for applications, implement application (construct and configure), deploy changes and do troubleshooting
• Innovate and proactively work to develop and support business applications to ensure it best meets business needs.
• Translate business need into technical specification and work with supplier to translate business requirements into a viable software solution
• Interacts and engages frequently with business to ensure that the solution meets the agreed business requirements and maintain active contact with business to ensure that the system in place is working appropriately from a functionality perspective
