Job Title: Front Line Sales Manager
CTC up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job
Roles and Responsibilities:

Agent hiring and management: identify, hire, and monitor advisers at a suitable location.
Monitor your team’s performance and guide improvement when necessary.
Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
Identify and engage potential new customers to expand our client base.
Carrying out a sales plan by using market segmentation, expands the market’s reach.

Candidate Desired profile

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
Local native is Mandatory for 3 to 5 years.
