JOB SCOPE

Role : Production Incharge -Bakery Background

1. Responsible for closely supervising and managing all shop floor activities, daily production targets with assured quality, highest productivity and best yield.

2. Allocate workers to specific area of work and functions based on abilities. New workers need to be trained properly.

3. Inspection of machinery, utilizes, SS tables, crates and trays which was ready for the production.

4. Supervisor performance for all three shifts to maximize output / minimize waste.

5. Planning daily material management with stores and maintenance to minimize breakdowns and regular maintenance dept.

6. Ensure adherence to plant hygiene and discipline matters.

7. Candidate should be flexible to attend in any shift as per requirements (3 shifts).

8. Preparation of raw material requisition slip & issue to stores.
