BioTalent have partnered with a well known Pharmaceutical company focusing on Consumer Self Care and over the counter products, to hire a Project Manager within Formulation and New Product Introduction.

This role will offer you:
• Project Management for Tech Transfer of Formulation processes to a new manufacturing site.
• Opportunity to work with senior stakeholders within the business and contribute to wider formulation and manufacturing strategies.

You will be responsible for:
• Evaluates, creates and ensures robust, functioning and lean manufacturing processes, (assists in timely execution of projects) coordinates relevant NPI / transfer projects using the requisite local or global company methodology and tools
• Initiates and manages improvement or development projects in cooperation with R&D or bulk manufacturing team
• Following project plans with conflicting requirements under time pressure under not ideal
