Description

The Junior Accountant will perform both accounting and administrative tasks in accordance with the established guidelines and procedures. Essential responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Production and Financial Reporting: :
• Ensure all work is completed timely and accurately according to schedules. This includes all assigned daily activities, such as:
• Run, import, distribute and/or save reports
• Enter manual DNS entries & other recurring entries
• Manage assigned Settlement email Inboxes
• Maintain ownership of assigned tasks by communicating, escalating and following up with seniors/management and outside parties on issues/variances
• Complete accurate recs & documents: this includes logs, Frontier notes, attachments on variances/rec differences; Frontier classifications (timing, variance, inventory); month end anomalies, and Work Request Forms (WRF's)
