2. Quick with HR system, be able to manage HR procedures and processes

3. Good at drafting notice, be able to communicate professionally in writing

4. Hard-working, be able to deal with tasks intensively when needed

5. Strong learning ability, be able to pick up and use the knowledge in a new system
