GEME Consulting Group is looking for a Dispatcher (Distribution)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher in our Distribution department. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in coordinating the efficient delivery of goods to our customers while ensuring timely communication with drivers and other relevant stakeholders.

Tasks
• Coordinate and schedule delivery routes for drivers based on customer orders, delivery windows, and logistical considerations
• Monitor the progress of deliveries in real-time, ensuring adherence to schedules and making adjustments as needed
• Communicate with drivers via phone, radio, or electronic messaging systems to provide instructions, updates, and support
• Liaise with customer service representatives and warehouse staff to address any issues or changes to delivery orders
