To follow up on all sales leads & enquiries.
- Support lead generation process by interacting with potential sources, referrals, by cold calling and meeting with the prospective customer
- Presentation as per the manager’s instructions
- To achieve sales targets.
- To handle walk-in, identify prospective clients' exact needs, by questioning, observation and the completion of a full sales survey.
- To maintain communication with the client once the client showing interest in the project & the discussion are opened.
- To constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity.
- To present a realistic proposal to a prospective client, having thoroughly researched cost factors, and ensure that the proposal is achievable.
- Coordinate with Clients, lead generation & increasing number of sales.
- Explaining the features and benefits of the existing projects of the company.
- Ensuring a high level of interaction & customer satisfaction.
