Job Description:

As a Search Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of engineers and driving the development of innovative search solutions using the latest technologies such as Elastic Stack, Spring, Kafka, Mongo, and Redis. You will be responsible for understanding Elasticsearch internals, managing and improving Elasticsearch clusters' performance, and ensuring fast searchability of data with increasing scale. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a great team, develop a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, and build customer-facing technology products for global customers.
