Responsibilities
• Support target definition process and ensure follow up and transparency
• Support related colleagues in inventory management in SCM, Operations, Procurement and PLM&E to achieve inventory optimization targets
• Derive inventory management measures, establish follow-up processes and monitoring
• Enhance inventory reduction program 2023-2025, develop short- and long-term measures on inventory management and establish continuous improvement program
• Contribute to trade-offs in inventory-costs-service-level-sustainability targets while considering company goals
• Establish state-of-the-art inventory management processes, standards and targets
• Communicating with location- and regional managers to maintain required inventory levels between the various locations (Plants, suppliers, Dealers)
• Set-up inventory trainings to establish company-wide standards and competencies
