For our sites in Beringen, we are looking for motivated Teamleader - Nightshift to manage our teams in the warehouse. Please be aware this position will be relocated from Beringen to Kampenhout in a few years.

Your Role

As Team Leader for Night shifts, you are responsible for securing operations through achieving KPIs and coaching your team coaches. In collaboration with them, you will be in charge of a team of warehouse employees.

Your Responsibilities
• Help your team coaches in the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring that they achieve the pre-set productivity, safety and quality objectives.
• Lead the operation in achieving the long-term goals and act as the reference point of contact for your team of warehouse employees, by means of clear objectives, daily consultation, evaluations, training, work accident analyses, sickness absence interviews, etc.
