Job summary

Alrewas Surgery needs a dedicated team player to provide day to day co-ordination of administrationactivities and support the effective use and implementation of IT across thepractice. You will undertake healthadministration to assist in the smooth running of the Practice, achievement oftargets and support health promotion and patient access to our services.

Main duties of the job

IT

Support the daily use of IT across the surgery dealing withpractical daily issues

Use IT and online software to promote services, developments, and support patienteducation, and liaise with current IT providers and the management team.

Support implementation of new IT systems, assisting to identify new systems, onboarding and ongoing communication and training.

Collaborate with practice team members to identify andimplement process improvements.
