CTC:- 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

Responsibility:-
• Recruit, mentor and develop insurance agents and nurture them to reach their full potential
• Set clear objectives and establish sales targets for the team
• Generate leads and ensure optimal conversion ratios
• Monitor sales progress and keep up to date with latest insurance products and regulations
• Oversee all insurance sales, from initial contact to policy completion
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
• Prepare sales reports for senior management

Requirement:-
• Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry and its products
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Ability to develop strategy and sales plans
