This position is integral to providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations at the hotel's front desk. As a Front Desk Agent, the selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, responding to guest inquiries and requests, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with guests on a daily basis.
