Role:

Assist individuals with the Visa application process. Candidate will be responsible for scheduling
visa appointments, organising required documentation, and maintaining applicant records.

+ Essential Job Functions
Schedule visa appointments for applicants using online systems.
Collect and organise required documents from applicants, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate records of applicant information using Excel spreadsheets.
Communicate with Team Leader to address queries.
Assist with other administrative tasks related to the visa application process, as required.
Stay informed about updates and changes to visa application procedures and requirements

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in visa application assistance, administrative support, or customer service roles
preferred.
