We are looking for a Resident Manager for a Boutique Hotel ,

The ideal candidate should have a strong F&B background and also must have experience in serving high-end customers.

Key Requirements :

· Oversee and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience and address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction

· Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest satisfaction in all aspects

· Monitor and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity and ability to manage multiple operational aspects

· Work closely with the finance department to manage revenue, operational costs, and budgets

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory compliance & safety protocols.
