As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to execute initiatives aligned with the key objectives of the business. This includes managing branch operations, generating leads and logins, cross-selling financial products, handling renewals, conducting CAM (Credit Approval Memorandum) conditions review and OBA (Offer Letter Back Acceptance) review, portfolio management, and ensuring housekeeping and insurance compliance. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth and achieving the bank's objectives of business leadership.

• Scope RM/PB (Relationship Manager/Personal Banker) customers for lead/joint calls or utilize available branch resources for lead generation.
