Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a state coordinator for carbon

emission reduction projects in Agriculture and Forestry. The State Coordinator will be responsible for

overseeing and managing projects to reduce carbon emissions. The coordinator will work closely with

government agencies, regional partners, and other stakeholders to develop and implement climate

smart agricultural practices.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop partnerships with key regional stakeholders, farmers and research institutions to

promote sustainable agricultural practices.

2. Implement climate smart practices such as improved water management practices,

conservation agriculture, agroforestry systems and integrated soil fertility management.

3. Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness among farmers about the

benefits of sustainable agriculture practices and how to implement them.
