We are introducing a Site Operations Manager role into our organisation, and are looking for someone to join us who will support the team to thrive as we continue to grow and develop the business.

Key Role Responsibilities:
• Support the deployment and operation of an efficient and effective manufacturing operation and NPDI process to introduce new products into the business on-time (according to customer requirements), and ensure processes are robust to defect-free products thereafter.
• Ensure all critical business processes (for example, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning, NPDI gated process) are deployed, resourced, and governed effectively to support the operation.
