Position Summary: As an Administrative & Collection Intern, you will provide support to the administrative and collections team within the organization. You will assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence handling, while also contributing to the collections process by contacting clients regarding outstanding payments and assisting with account reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Support the collections team by contacting clients regarding overdue payments and negotiating payment plans.

Assist in reconciling accounts and updating financial records.

Generate reports related to accounts receivable and collections activities.
