Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture and boost team morale.

Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
