The Order Handling Specialist is the first point of contact for Motion Service customers and business partners in Italy and overseas. In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the team by reacting to customer inquiries.

Your responsibilities
• Process orders by coordinating with Sales, Project Management, Operations, Logistic and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Ensure accuracy of ERP with regard to commercial master data, payment/trade policy, customer contracts, etc.
• Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
