Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure construction meets industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address quality concerns.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment on-site.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries
• Identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during construction
