Sourcing Specialist

The Sourcing Specialist at JR286 will be responsible for delivering sourcing support to all buying teams on sourcing plans and supply routes, coordinating with the product team on the new requirements and with the planning team on new capacity availability, and supporting the sourcing capability and process across all the products.

What You'll Do:
• Identify and manage risk, as well as propose the changes that are required to de-risk or maximize opportunities in the current supply base, in conjunction with the sourcing team
• Continuously monitor all the work and procedures related to suppliers and regular business production
• Review business plans with key suppliers seasonally, in conjunction with the sourcing team
• Research and propose the best available regional options for agreed sourcing priorities
• Work with internal team to update the vendor scorecard seasonally and review it with key vendors
