Job description:

- Working on the customer’s Tanium and IT Asset Eye system for Helpdesk
• Asset management support for end users

- Receive and respond for the inquiries from user via phone call and tools (Jira Service Desk)

- Provide advice, guidance, solution to users to solve the issue.

- Administration, support, and configuration of the system for user follow the available guideline

- Working time : Monday – Sunday 24*365 (There are 3 shifts, rotating shift work)

- Training in 25/3/2024 (1 months training, 8:00 ~ 17:00)

Requirement:

- College graduated or higher

- Be able to understand the inquiries from user

- Basic knowledge of Asset management is plus.

- Fluent in English (~TOEIC 750 + , IELTS 6.5 +)

- Experience in related computer applications.

- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.

- During training period, salary won't be paid if employee doesn't work for at least a month.
