The purpose of this position is tto manage and take ownership of all work being processed through the workshop and to follow through until each job has been completed

Job Description

· Responsible for the management of workshop staff with technical queries and workflow

· Ensuring all matters relating to mechanical services are achieved

· Ensure workshop targets and budgets are met

· Maintain cleanliness of workshop and Safety Equipment to be in good order

· Protecting Company assets – Equipment and Special Tools

· Do Internal training of technical staff

· Manage Service Advisor activities to ensure CSI is achieved

· Manage WIP & Cash Outstanding

· Manage Labour Sales and up selling

· Manage Workshop Productivity

· Ensure quality control procedures are in place to ensure work performance is of good quality - Management of Workshop Foreman to allocate work to Mechanics (Daily)
