Your core tasks include:

· Requesting and obtaining quotes from suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms

· Placing orders and monitoring the order/delivery/complaint process in the ERP system

· Identifying suppliers for mechanical components and external manufacturing/

construction contracts

· Technical communication and assessment of the technical capabilities of potential

suppliers in preparation for possible orders

· Coordinating communication with the local warehouse

· Obtaining budget and order approvals

· Collaborating with the office in Nuremberg on shared tasks and projects

Requirements:

· Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in a technical environment or the manufacturing industry

· Bachelor's degree or vocational training and further education in the field of procurement

· Solid knowledge of ERP systems and other procurement tools

· Negotiation skills and proven abilities in concluding cost-effective contracts
